SHREC and the information contained in SHREC including, but not
limited to, the ideas, concepts and know-how are proprietary,
confidential and trade secret to:

 Via de Marini 6, Torre di Francia, 16149, Genova - ITALY

SHREC is freeware for non commercial purposes. If the software is to
be used for any commercial purpose, an agreement has to be made with
IMATI-GE in advance.

IMATI-GE hereby grants permission to use, copy, and distribute
this software and its documentation for any non commercial purpose,
provided that existing copyright notices are retained in all copies
and that this notice is included verbatim in any distribution.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY
FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
